Allen Netsianda
This month, we celebrate Allen as our employee of the month. Allen has been with the company for an impressive 17 years! His journey has been a remarkable one, from starting out as an Operator in 2008 to becoming an Assistant in 2010, after which he was promoted to corewriter in 2011. Allen's growth didn't end there, he then stepped into assisting the Health and Safety team which led him to become a Junior Health and Safety officer in 2016. Since then, Allen has successfully guided many GeoGroup projects as a Supervisor.
