Branch Focus: Geomechanics Uganda Ltd.

Established in 2019, Geomechanics Uganda Ltd. has become a prominent player in the Ugandan geotechnical field. Led by Geoffrey Okello, their expertise lies in conducting thorough subsurface investigations crucial for various construction projects.

Operating under the umbrella of GeoGroup, Geomechanics Uganda has tackled notable projects like the Uganda-Tanzania pipeline investigation. This experience highlights their ability to handle complex, cross-border ventures.

Beyond this specific project, solar projects, railway lines and foundation testing have been keeping them going. The branch has two YWE D90 drill rigs, and a crane truck at their disposal, which is situated in Naguru, Kampala where we currently have an office and yard space.
