Female Supervision in Uganda

We are very excited to have Jessica Nambalirwa on board with the Geomechanics Uganda team for a new project that recently kicked off in Uganda. Jessica is taking on the role of Site Engineer for a project in the Lake Albert region.

Jessica didn't waste any time getting the crew together for the first kick-off meeting followed by a Toolbox Talk to ensure all safety standards are in place. Immediately after the group meeting, the crew started to offload the equipment so that the drilling can commence.
